Abstract
This paper underscores the sig-
nificance of legal ethics to legal ad-
visors which considered the most
fundamental issue. Legal advice is
a key element for both in-house
counseling and appearing before
the court. The work of legal advi-
sors has developed and widened
over time worldwide. Advice today
is not just part of the routine con-
duct of a legal firm. The field has
become a humanitarian operation
intended to provide, organize, and
in need of legal advice, whether
