We,
Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates State,
Pursuant
to the perusal of the
Provisional
Constitution; and
Federal
Law no. 5 of 1972 on the Determination of the Pays of the Prime Minister, Deputy
Prime Minister and Ministers; and
Acting
upon the consent of the Cabinet, and the approval of the Federal Supreme
Council,
Have
promulgated the following Law:
The
pays of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Ministers shall be
determined in accordance with the provisions of the list enclosed with the
present
Law
.
The
Minister of Finance and Industry shall implement the present Law.
The
present Law shall come into force as of 1/7/1977, and shall be published in the
Official Gazette.

Table
of Pays of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and Ministers
The
table of pays of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Ministers is
amended by virtue of Article 1 of the Law no. 5 of 2000 dated 21/3/2000, then
the latter is abrogated by virtue of the Article 5 of the Federal Law no. 16 of
2009 dated 31/12/2009. Furthermore, said law determined in Article 1 thereof the
base pay of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and Ministers in the
Cabinet as follows:
